Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between PlayshipStudios Co., Ltd.(the "Company") and users with respect to the use of the Company's website (playshipstudios.com) and game services (the "Services").

Article 2 (Effect and Amendment)

These Terms take effect upon being posted on the site. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by law and will notify users of changes through the site.

Article 3 (Provision of Services)

The Company provides game content and related services. Specific details are announced via in-game notices or this site. Services may change as required by operations or technical necessity.

Article 4 (User Obligations)

• Comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and Company notices.
• No identity theft, fraudulent payments, hacking, cheating, or similar misconduct.
• Do not use a nickname containing infringement of others' rights, insults, threats, hate, sexual content, personal information, impersonation, or other illegal or inappropriate material.
• Do not submit false or malicious reports, repeatedly report the same incident, harass others through report or block tools, or interfere with moderation operations.

Article 5 (Nicknames, Reports, Blocks, and Moderation)

User-generated content made visible to other users is primarily the nickname shown on leaderboards and to Human battle opponents. The Services do not provide free-form user chat, posts, comments, or image or video uploads.

The Company may automatically filter inappropriate expressions when a nickname is created or changed, but does not guarantee that every violation will be detected or blocked. You may report a real Human user shown on a leaderboard or a Human battle opponent from a battle in which you participated for an inappropriate nickname, cheating, or another reason. The "Other" reason requires a description of 1–200 characters. Report and block actions are unavailable for yourself, Ghost opponents, or other entries that are not eligible real users.

If you choose to block a user with a report, users blocked by either side will not be connected again in random Human matchmaking. Blocking does not hide every leaderboard entry or historical battle record.

The Company may review the nickname, reason and details, and the battle or leaderboard context captured at the time of the report. Depending on severity and repetition, the Company may take reasonable and proportionate action, including requiring or applying a nickname change or reset, issuing a warning, restricting matchmaking or access to the Services, or adjusting improperly obtained records or virtual assets. Questions or appeals concerning a report or action may be submitted to help@playshipstudios.com.

Article 6 (Game Use and Payment)

Paid content purchases comply with the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and related laws. Refund and cancellation are governed by the separate Refund Policy.

Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, power failures, network outages, or other events beyond its control.

Article 8 (Governing Law)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The court of jurisdiction shall be the court having jurisdiction over the Company's principal place of business.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms take effect on 2026-08-18.
